What Is a Personal AI Operator? Your Own AI Assistant, on Your Own Mac
A Personal AI Operator is one AI assistant across your email, calendar and documents, installed with you on your own Mac. What it does, what it doesn't, where your data goes, and what it costs.
Chat apps like ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok and Claude are good at answering questions. Some, like Claude, now connect to your apps. A Personal AI Operator is a different kind of thing: one assistant, installed with you on your own Mac, that remembers your business and runs your routines. Anything that goes out waits for your OK or a rule you set.
What it is
We install the Operator on a Mac you own: your laptop, or a Mac at the front desk left on after hours. We set it up with you, sign in to each account in your plan with you, and test it before we leave.
The base install works across your email, calendar and documents (Google: Gmail, Calendar, Drive and Docs). You can add your CRM (GoHighLevel) and the websites you log into (the browser).
You talk to it through a private Telegram chat only you can use. While that Mac is on, you can message it from your phone.
Where your data goes
- Its memory is kept on your Mac. There is no shared, multi-customer database of your files on our side.
- Every account is in your name. You sign in; we never hold your passwords.
- We don't watch it or read your conversations. We come back in only when you invite us.
- To answer you, it sends your request to the AI companies whose accounts you connect: the main one you subscribe to, plus any second-opinion models you switch on, under each company's terms. Read those terms. Claude's pricing page, for example, lists a model-training setting on each plan.
- You can remove its access, or ours, at any time.
If you run a medical practice: HIPAA requires a written agreement with each business associate that handles patient information (45 CFR 164.502(e)). Talk to your compliance adviser before you connect any account that holds patient data.
What it costs
- $7,500 one-time, installed on your Mac, with Google (Gmail, Calendar, Drive and Docs) included.
- GoHighLevel +$1,000, the browser +$1,000, or $9,500 with all three.
- No required monthly fee to us. Care is optional: $500 a month for up to 3 hours of support.
- Your own AI subscriptions, paid by you directly to the AI companies whose accounts you connect: about $100–120 a month for the main one. Claude's Max plan, for example, starts at $100 a month. No subscription yet? You sign up in your own name on install day, and we walk you through it.
- Payment: $500 deposit, then 50/40/10.
You own all code, keys and data.
What the install includes
Setup to steady state takes 1.5–3 weeks: preparing your Mac, tuning the assistant to your routines, signing in to each account in your plan with you, and training you to work with it. Two weeks of hands-on support after install are included (up to 12 hours).
What it does not do
- It does not answer your phone. That is a separate product: our AI receptionist runs on a phone line, day and night. Your Operator works for you; the receptionist works for your customers.
- Some software is out of reach: desktop-only programs, phone apps, Outlook/Microsoft 365, and sites that block automated logins.
- It does not send on its own. Anything that goes out waits for your OK or a rule you set.

Is a Personal AI Operator the same as ChatGPT or Claude?
No. It uses the AI companies whose accounts you connect, but it is installed on your Mac, signed in to your accounts, remembers your business and runs your routines on a schedule. Anything that goes out waits for your OK or a rule you set.
Do I have to pay you every month?
No. The install is one-time. Care is optional at $500 a month for up to 3 hours. You do pay your own AI subscriptions directly to the AI companies whose accounts you connect, about $100–120 a month for the main one.
Does my data stay on my Mac?
Its memory does. Each request you send goes to the AI companies whose accounts you connect, under their terms. We never hold your passwords and don't read your conversations.
Can I reach it when I'm away from the office?
Yes, from your phone through a private Telegram chat, while the Mac it runs on is on.
Will it answer my business phone?
No. That is our AI receptionist, a separate product.
