• CRM (GoHighLevel). Stores your contact and lead data and powers our follow-up communications.
• Stripe. Processes the build-slot deposit and other payments; your card details are handled by Stripe, not stored by us.
• Vercel. Hosts our website and serves its pages.
• AI providers (such as Anthropic) and other automation tools. Process text and data to power the assistants, drafting, and automations we build and operate.

We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights, safety, and property. Each provider handles data under its own privacy and security terms.

4. Cookies & Analytics

We keep cookies and tracking to a minimum. Our site may use essential cookies needed for it to function and limited, privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate traffic. We do not use your browsing for cross-site advertising.

5. Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the services, maintain our business records, and meet legal requirements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it. You can request earlier deletion as described below.
